“I just stopped by to buy on pambking loaf handed the cashier
$50 bill at the Starbucks in 12179 darnstown rd.she told me she doesn't have a change.
Which I found not convincing.
I purchased from before with a different cashier and i didn't have any issues.
Starbucks need to be more professional and put sign said that no change for $50 bills.
One day it's ok and one day it's not ok
Is depending who is the cashier is profiling and that's is completely wrong.“

“This is by far the best Starbucks in Gaithersburg! The baristas are incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They remember my order as soon as I walk in, which always makes me feel appreciated as a regular customer.

I’ve been to many Starbucks locations and I drink Starbucks every day, but I’ve never experienced customer service like this. Everyone here has such a pleasant attitude, and they consistently make great coffee. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Baristas named like Val, Ryan, Thomas, Leslie, Elijah, and other baristas I just forgot their names!

“My favorite location. I love that they have a 24 hour window. I've had many late night trips while working late into the night or overnight. The staff it's always very friendly. I would like to see more vegan food options. An vegan breakfast sandwich with vegan sausage, Just egg (egg substitute), and vegan cheese would be great.“

“I've been happy with this Barnes & Noble and the Starbucks inside consistently is well staffed with friendly people. Their dessert selection is outstanding! They always have a variety of beautiful treats that are often better than what I can find in local bakeries. It makes me look back to college days of hanging out in bookstores and browsing through something new while snacking on something delicious!“

“I went into the Safeway this morning and after I ordered, I let the woman behind the counter, Seble, that I was going to shop and then come back. And when I do return for my drink and food, I find that she has entirely prepped the drink for me, but waited to fill the ice so that way if I took a while while shopping there wouldn’t be any watering down or melting in my drink. It is this type of consideration and thoughtfulness that I have always believed we need more of in retail. It is what I tried to embody when I worked service jobs.
