Starbucks in Gaithersburg

“Starbucks is my go-to coffee shop. While my preferred order is a Pike's roast with a splash of 2% milk, they have an extensive variety of hot and cold beverages.
Starbucks is also a place to pause and take a break from the stresses of everyday life“

“This is a very nice location, and the drive thru is a great convenience. Everyone here is always super nice, particularly one gentleman on the headset who always sounds extra excited to be there. Sometimes the wait can be a little long, but that is to be expected when you're going during peak hours.“

“I've been happy with this Barnes & Noble and the Starbucks inside consistently is well staffed with friendly people. Their dessert selection is outstanding! They always have a variety of beautiful treats that are often better than what I can find in local bakeries. It makes me look back to college days of hanging out in bookstores and browsing through something new while snacking on something delicious!“

“I just stopped by to buy on pambking loaf handed the cashier
$50 bill at the Starbucks in 12179 darnstown rd.she told me she doesn't have a change.
Which I found not convincing.
I purchased from before with a different cashier and i didn't have any issues.
Starbucks need to be more professional and put sign said that no change for $50 bills.
One day it's ok and one day it's not ok
Is depending who is the cashier is profiling and that's is completely wrong.“

“First I want to commend the team at Starbucks for an amazing experience every-time I walk in. I’m always greeted with a warm friendly smile even if it’s at the crack of dawn or before they close. I work close by here and there are times I need a quick coffee or meal to have, Starbucks in Downtown Crown is always there for me. Considering what is going on, the staff never fails to have a bright smile and keeping their heads held high. The environment is so nice and clean, I’ve seen some other locations lacking in that. The managers here know how to conduct a well oiled machine. Y’all are doing really great! I’ll be popping in shortly!“

“My favorite location. I love that they have a 24 hour window. I've had many late night trips while working late into the night or overnight. The staff it's always very friendly. I would like to see more vegan food options. An vegan breakfast sandwich with vegan sausage, Just egg (egg substitute), and vegan cheese would be great.“

“Wanting to use the Gift Card that I got on Mother's Day, I presented it to the Cashier who informed me of the amount in the card. Got 1 delicious Brownie and 1 big Cookie for my Gift card. Service was friendly and fast! Note that this is very small restaurant and has few selections compared to a regular Starbucks Restaurant.“
