Starbucks in Rockville

“Love this store. Always friendly atmosphere. The barista, Elisabeth I believe, kept a conversation with me while making my drink, asking for my foam preferences and temperature, because I told her I had a long day ahead of me. She wanted to ensure my drink stayed warm throughout my day. She smiled and wished me a wonderful day. I hope her manager thanks her on my behalf. She is one of the few baristas that keep up the customer care aspect of Starbucks that has been unfortunately dwindling.“

“This is a nice Starbucks to visit - easy to get to with plenty of parking and a nice big space to enjoy your drink or get some work done.
The service was good and our drinks were ready in a reasonable time. The drinks tasted good as well.
The restaurant was clean and organized as well ❤️“

“Mesi,, Jasmine, Mariz and everyone that works there are incredible always remember everyone’s name very attentive very efficient. I get there every day approximately around 5:30 AM I love going there it’s relaxing atmosphere, even though everyone Very busy if they’re not making coffee they cleaning if they’re not cleaning, they are organizing. They’re always doing something.
As a business owner it’s nice to see that there is people that care.

“This is a nice little Starbucks inside a Safeway store. Getting to the store is easy - right next to the entrance of Safeway. We stop by this store when my son has a sporting event in the area. Placing an order is easy but the drinks may take a few minutes to arrive since (generally) the person taking the order is the same person making the drink.Drinks are made well though and the food is also warmed up perfectly.There is plenty of parking outside.“

“I was in town for a week and had coffee here every morning for 1 week. The second day i was there, I was greeted by name by two baristas. Sarah was amazing every day she was there, and Eilene was incredible. These two and the rest of the team made my week, and I am so grategul!“
