Starbucks Coffee Company is a nice location to visit, with a lot of floor space and a nice big space to enjoy a drink, get some work done, or have a meeting with friends. The guest area is clean and organized, and it is adequately decorated. It is easy to get to with plenty of parking, though parking can be a little tight and tricky with everyone pulling in and out.
The customer service is often fast, friendly, professional, and kind, with staff known to be very nice. Orders, including those placed for ready pickup, are frequently prepared quickly and ready in a reasonable time. Drinks generally taste good. The staff is usually accommodating, such as switching out a drink hassle free when needed.
However, there can be inconsistencies, as some team members may give entirely different answers regarding policies like refills for hot brewed or iced coffee or tea during the same visit, which can impact the experience. Overall, it is considered a great place and the absolute best Starbucks in the DMV by some, leading to a very satisfied experience that many would recommend.
