I have been coming here for years. It’s always packed throughout the day. Staff is always well trained and clean. I always sit in the back w the comfy leather chairs. Great area to people watch as well

The manager is talking about the policies. And talking about distancing themselves from customers. And they all laugh. It’s a shame it seems the manager truly tries but the customers don’t really seem to listen and retaliate laughing. Also I used the bathroom and they closed it after I used it. If it’s because the bathroom is truly unavailable I don’t mind. As long as it’s not me. Unfortunately with people you never know. Actually you do know but you have to pretend to not see the rudeness around you. To some degree3/6/24Rude cashier her tone gives her out. Has a hat.

Janiece the Manager is Antagonistic Racially profiles African American guests! Allowing homeless white men to sleep for hours unbothered. My mother hunched over due to the sun's glare by the window! Janiece asked her to leave snapping no sleeping we spend too much money everyday at Starbucks to hear her referr to us as (YOU PEOPLE)Parking: Sometimes I wait up to ten minutes for parking.

The music is WAY too loud to me. Are all the Starbucks stores like this? Jeezis. Other than that they're okay. They're not as friendly as other ones I've been to and it's also super cold here.

It's a good Starbucks...I don't think I've ever had a bad drink here -- hot or cold. It's looks to be a neighborhood meeting place. The baristas are always friendly. It can get pretty busy...but I've also been just first or second in line.I didn't give the food any marks because I've not really gotten food here...looks like the standard SB fare... I might've gotten the lemon pound cake ages ago.
