Kentlands was the go to store starbucks in our area for a long time. They would always make our drinks really well. The past 3 visits they have messed up or forgotten parts of our order. One of the times I had to go through the drive through twice and show my receipt because they insisted I ordered one drink instead of two, which the receipt showed and drink label showed two.
