My review is about a policy cited to me by the staff. I had a group of 9 people, we had already waited in line for at least 30 minutes, and when it was our turn, we were told only one staff member would make all the 9 orders, the other available staff members then continued to take orders of the other customers behind us. I hate reading the bad reviews from all the fat spoiled babies that didn't get everything EXACTLY how they wanted it and throw a tantrum on this APP because they have no lives and no sense. I've actually seen grown adults tantruming in this place in front of their young kids. It's truly pathetic. Yeah that new Indian manager is a clueless dope...so what? Don't go in and gorge on fattening cream and sugar! Sammantha was the best employee too bad she left to go back to school.

The desserts are good as usual. The service is very bad, the young employees at the store probably are under paid or doesn’t have much motivation to work. These guys are always out of stock or has some issues with freezer. Very bad experience
