Horrible! I just called the location and spoke with a young guy working there who was so rude I asked who I was speaking with and he refused to give me his name and said an employee!The issue is I ordered last night and they got my order wrong and my ice cream came right to me from door dash and was melted and a mess. Adding again it was wrong. I called the store to ask for the manager and this young guy said the manager wasn’t in and wouldn’t be in today but they would pass the message to see what could be done. I asked if he needed my number so that I could know the result and he said if you have an issue file a complaint on the website. He was so rude and unhelpful this on top of the fact my order was wrong really decreases the chance I’ll ever return. It is my hope these businesses stop hiring these young people who don’t take pride in their job or the customer service field. They really are nasty and will be the reason in revenue decline overtime

The desserts are good as usual. The service is very bad, the young employees at the store probably are under paid or doesn’t have much motivation to work. These guys are always out of stock or has some issues with freezer. Very bad experience

What is the point of having online orders. If I still have to wait 15 mins in the store to pick up my order??? I had to speak up 2 times! For someone to start making my order.

My review is about a policy cited to me by the staff. I had a group of 9 people, we had already waited in line for at least 30 minutes, and when it was our turn, we were told only one staff member would make all the 9 orders, the other available staff members then continued to take orders of the other customers behind us. It took additional at least 30 minutes for a fraction of the orders as we just gave up in the end. I have never heard of this policy prior and it really does not seem logical. We simply could have said we are all ordering separately. Anyway, I am not going back to this specific store. A tip if you do go, do not place your order as a group if you have a large group, you will wait a while.

Dirty inside no seating trash is outside?And it’s Valentine’s Day and they still had Halloween decor and Halloween ice cream flavors??They need an entire revamp of employees and of the restaurant

Was just there to get a cake for my daughter birthday, there was no line and asked the girl to please call Germantown and see if they had it since they didn't have it here and she refused. Her name is Racky. The only reason I asked is vecayse last year the same thing happened and the lady was kind enough to do this for me. I know I can call my self but I guess maybe they have better access as I couldn't get through,. Anyways , a little goes a long way sometimes, she needs to learn that.

Horrible experience at this Coldstone on 10/4. The young lady working the closing shift, was not polite. Was on her phone continuously. Then when ordering my Shake, she totally disregarded what I asked for. I’ve been ordering the same shake for years and told her I like it on the thicker side with less milk. She filled the blender up with milk, and I informed her I like my shake with less milk and more thick. She still proceeded with making my shake her way. Instead of doing it the way I asked. My shake had two not blended Reese peanut butter cups at the bottom of my shake. To make the shake thick she just ran the blender for 3 seconds not completely blending in the ingredients. I will not be going back to this location again. Insult to injury I even tipped and she didn’t say thank you.

Cold stone needs to hire real managers and stop letting kids run the store to the ground. The creamery have gone down the hill for years, but yesterday was the worst. I order a container of ice cream and don’t think they had the stone freezer on, the ice cream was melting while the server was preparing my order. I received a soup instead of ice cream. I regret not saying anything when the server was scooping melted ice cream in my container, I regret spending my money in such horrific place.

I’ve gone to this cold stone for years and lately the customer service has been drastically declining. My most recent interaction was probably the last I’ll have. I did a mobile order for two milkshakes. When I arrived at the time I requested, the milkshakes were not prepared. They asked if I was a dasher or if they were for me, and I said they were for me. They also told me they were out of chocolate (I could see the chocolate in the case) and couldn’t make the milkshakes. I asked them to cancel my order and they said I would have to do it. I had placed the order online, and there is literally no way to do that. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me. Needless to say, the charge is posted to my card. The overall attitude was that they really didn’t want to do anything. My guess is they said they were out of chocolate so they wouldn’t have to clean the blender. If you’re going to order, go in so they can’t make up stories.

Ewww god what a foul odor coming from the place did not make the place appetizing to eat there it was like a rotting odor plus price is over expensive for ice cream

Great ice cream I love chocolate devotion it's great the only bad this is the chocolate chips it's hard and hard to chew a bit but beside that it's good

The place smelled like vomit. When I asked an employee if he noticed the smell he said, "some customers have said that". It's off putting for a food establishment to smell so poorly.
