I had a great experience at Crumbl last week thanks to an employee I believe was named Camilla-(She was Hispanic?) One of the other employees accidentally messed up my order, but she quickly stepped in and corrected it without any hassle. She greeted me warmly when I came in, made me feel welcome, and even offered to help if I needed anything else. She turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a great one, thank you…😊

Excellent customer service! I ordered a 12 pack for delivery to my office, over an hour has passed and still no cookies. I guess the driver got hungry and ate them? I called to confirm if my order was even picked up and they were kind enough not only to confirm, but they offered to remake my order and send another driver at no cost. Any other location would have said I’m S.O.L! My order arrived quickly and my cookies looked perfect.
