“My son’s first birthday was 03/22 and his party was 03/23 . I wanted a customized cake and found a bakery that could execute my vision for it. Unfortunately, the bakery cancelled on me last minute and it was way too late to get the type of cake I wanted executed with only a week notice. So I live in the area and follow lil cakes and creamery on Instagram and decided to risk purchasing 2 dozen of a variety of cupcakes from them even though I haven’t had anything from their bakery and no one I knew has ever had anything from them either! Long story short when it was cupcake time EVERYONE LOVED AND I MEAN LOVEEEDDDDDD THESE CUPCAKES!!!! EVERY SINGLE LAST ONE WAS GONE!!!! The service is welcoming, warm and your greeted the minute the door opens. The ambiance has a very homey feel. “I was pleasantly surprised with the ube (purple yam) mochi donut! I'm from Los Angeles visiting for business and the mochi donut craze has simmered down over there.The ube mochi donut here was perfectly sweet for this kind of donut, and it had a really nice mochi chew to it. For those unfamiliar with mochi, it's a rice flour, which makes the texture more chewy rather than a traditional donut. It's not a fluffy donut, so if it sits out for too long, the fried oil gets absorbed into the dough more. The one from Donutchew was still fresh enough to not have the oily texture to it.I also got a jasmine milk tea (half sugar) and really enjoyed it. Jasmine tea had a strong floral aroma/taste to it and this milk tea didn't dilute it out. If you like the taste of teas, I'd really recommend this one.“
“The service was solid, she was helpful in telling me the prices and flavors they had at the time. I got 6 slices for 20$ and of those 6 slices I got: 2x cookies n cream, 2x raspberry swirl, 1x mango, and 1x Black Forest cake. As a big fan of anything cookies n cream I was excited to try the cheesecake version of it and It was very underwhelming and disappointing.The raspberry swirl was pretty good and might just be my favorite, it seems that the best thing to go with a cheesecake is fruit because it's always good together. The Black Forest cake was surprisingly better than expected and you can taste the fruit that's in it too which makes it even better.The mango slice was unique and different but still decent. If I was ranking the flavors I'd say first the raspberry swirl, second the Black Forest cake, third the mango, and lastly the cookies n cream.Btw I'm not the biggest fan of cheesecake, I think it's a decent dessert but it's nowhere near my favorite desserts so if you like cheesecake i can see you enjoying this place a lot.I would be open to coming back to try their apple Crumb cheesecake, carrot cake, and their blueberry cheesecake.“

“Got an original and mixed berry cinnamon roll and both were very yummy. The next day I also tried the s'mores one. I loved that they came warm ? I cannot have dairy so them being vegan was awesome. Definitely recommend.Dietary restrictions: I was told everything in the store in vegan (so no dairy!)Parking: Park in the garage right behind the store and then cut through the tunnel in the middle of the garage to end up right near Cinnaholic.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs though the handicap parking was not super close.“
“Wow! I am so happy that I took a chance and entered this bakery. Can't speak Spanish, but that was OK. There are some servers that can speak English. The pastries are so delicious, and FRESH!! You can taste the freshness. And the selection is phenomenal. You really can't make a decision. The prices are the best, better than Safeway or Giant individual desserts. The best part is that the pastries and cakes are not that sweet. Don't get me wrong, you know it is a dessert, just not over-sweet like tons of sugar was added. This is my dessert place for sure. “My wedding cake came out beautifully!! Everything i ever expected and more! I had 3 different layers with 3 different flavors, i had the chocolate cake with raspberry filling, the Jamaican rum with coconut filling and lastly the mango cake, the flavors were out this world, it was soo good and moist except for a little hiccup with the Jamaican rum but i called the bakery and they solved the problem the proper way. This is by far my favorite bakery and i will continue to come for every event i have.“
