Yes, if you compare this place with most cheap Chinese all you can ear places, $33 does seem expensive. However, fresh and high-quality food cost me. I am willing to pay extra for good, fresh food. As another example, I was shocked to see a review giving them only 3 stars commenting she got sick (even though she said she loved the food there). I was wondering if she did not cook her food well in the hot pot, or she couldn't handle the spices.“

Not right especially if customers have respiratory issues. Some in the restaurant that day were experiencing discomfort Stay away from the Rockville Location until they fix the AC“

The Ravini Politiko, coconut cake was the best I ever ate! The Thalissina, seafood pasta had plenty of seafood in it and delicious. Even the cappaccino was delicious, very smooth, no bitterness and taste great with dessert! The server, Baris, was attentive, friendly and did a great job taking care of us. “This is our favorite to go sushi place. The kids love the dishes here. The sushis are awesome and well priced. The ramen were delicious, and they generously divided a bowl into two small bowls for the kids. The Osaka fried rice is also a favorite, and we keep going there. At the end, the bubble teas are nice to finish with and are not expensive like those places.“

“My wife and I are from southwest of China. I would say Chef Lee's Element makes the best and the most authentic southwest Chinese dishes in DC area. We've tried almost every dish and it never lets us down. For the service, I want to thank Micheal for his kind and wonderful service, he is always smiling and talkative and gives his nice recommendations of the dishes. We go there almost every week.“

The prices are very fair for the quality. Staff is always helpful and kind. They have the usual suspects in terms of side dishes, but they have spa actual healthy but also tasty options. Ask the fried chicken sandwiches we have tried are delicious. Same with roast chicken, wings, and salads.

For a sense of what they are like, when you order water to stock they give you large cup of water with plenty of ice, rather than most places that give you a puny cup of shame.“

“Inferno, I must say that your pizza is the best I’ve eaten outside of Italy. All I can say about your food is that it easily beats all other napoletana pizza restaurants. My main issue with you is your service. I arrived with my family at 17:00, and inside, when I asked the person at the front desk for the wait time, she said it was 90 minutes. 90 minutes! That seems a little much, right? And instead of kindly telling us the wait time she said it unkindly and as though annoyed that I was there. Also these guys should give reservations. When I finally got back to the restaurant, I found myself in an atmosphere that was EXTREMELY noisy. Also, when it was time to look at the menu, we had to scan a QR code. That basically destroys the purpose of the service: Traditionally, you would always receive impeccable service. Now you can’t even give menus? I can understand the rudeness of your waiters and all slightly because they all are in high school or college, but overall I want to say that your food is excellent, but you’ve got to work on service. Maybe think of adding reservations.“

“We went on the morning of July 5th, so it was hopping busy, but we expected that and anticipated having to wait. For our party of 2, it was about 45 minutes, so we had some good appetites when we sat.

Our server was McKenna, and that girl was a rockstar! She was perfectly attentive and prompt despite having what seemed like half the tables in the restaurant and a couple of large parties to boot.

I'd never eaten at a First Watch before, and I'll DEFINITELY be back. The seasonal steak bowl I had was fantastic, and my husband, whose family has been First watch regulars for over a decade, ordered the house specialty bacon for the table. Add those two to the list of foods he's gotten me hooked on!

“Takeout has its limitations. Tonight we ordered burgers and a pizza. They forgot the pizza and by the time it arrived the burgers were stone cold and the fries a soggy pile of grease. I want to support DFH but if it happens again, I'll wait until indoor dining resumes.“
