We sat down for what was meant to be a simple family dinner and it became so much more. We ordered a few pizzas, a bottle of wine and the atmosphere just took us away. The gentle music, smell of our pizzas cooking and a nice bottle of wine created the perfect recipe to take our table to a place we’ve never been to, but somehow felt incredibly familiar. Everything was so delicious, we could taste the attention and care put into choosing the ingredients and crafting a meal that was more than just a simple pie. “Celebrated my birthday at Empress Coffee & Cocktails with my girls, and it was everything! The food and drinks were incredible -- we tried so many dishes and loved every bite. The Persian pizza (a house favorite) was full of flavor, the soup and grilled cheese combo was pure comfort, and the turkey + havarti sandwich, bacon egg croissant, and margarita pizza were all delicious and perfectly done. The drinks? Just wow. The espresso martini is an absolute yes! We also loved the butterfly margarita, lava-shak martini, and Malibu sunset -- all beautifully crafted and fun to sip. Plus, they offer a nice selection of wines and juices to purchase. Shots were order as well. Had too much fun didn't take pictures of all the food and drinks. The space itself is perfect for a girls' day or night out -- stylish and cozy with beautiful lighting and thoughtful décor. We especially loved the artwork of the girl with the pearl earrings -- such a fun and elegant touch! We were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves, which made the whole evening feel extra special. Huge shoutout to Sam, the owner, who was such a warm and welcoming host. “Great pizza , very delicious but toppings are so little and especially if you pay $3 for extra toppings and it's still not enough. The amount of toppings they give is like a few slices of thinly shave onions. I don't think i would go back!“

Started with the Caesar salad, nice and light, well dressed with a lighter dressing - the croutons are the best part. The steak frites are phenomenal, steak so tender it practically melted, and the fries were crispy little bites of heaven dunked in a roasted garlic rosemary aioli.

Wine list is excellent too, lots of good options by the glass, and the whole vibe of the place is lively.

“I’m sad that I’ve only just learned about this spot as the food is priced well, fresh, consistently solid and the staff is always on it. I’ve order from here like 3 times in the last week as they’ve got great specials and the food always turns out exactly as I need it. The food quality control is solid especially as somewhere sho loves to get a salad with my main. Never soggy or old lettuce or veggies. Everything’s fresh and the store always looks clean and well maintained.“

“I previously rated the store 4 stars around 2020, but now in 2025 I would give it a 5. This Whole Foods is among the most reliable and reasonable among other grocery chains, especially Wegmans (my former go-to until a couple years back, when I noticed the produce quality decreasing and overall prices increasing). Even on a busy weekend, the shelves are consistently stocked, and produce quality is generally very good (not perfect, but much better than other grocery chains). I especially love the newer Amazon palm scanners, which make checkout lightning fast. I visit every week.“

“I Love manhatten pizza! I'm from Long Island so I know good food and as far as takeout goes manhatten pizza delivers.. figuratively and literally. The mozz sticks are bomb and the baked ziti is fire. I've actually never ordered anything from there I didn't like. Also the service is great and the staff is awesome and super sweet!“

I just ordered 2 pizzas with the Domino’s App and it’s totally easy to just show up at the store, say you’re there for a pick up order, say your name, and you receive your order. That’s all. The pizzas looks delicious. The place looks clean and attractive.“
