Consistently good food. Service is usually good, but very rushed. I feel like they never have enough servers on and management is always frantically running around putting out fires. Weirdly, this comes across in the overall experience.Fortunately, the Rio location is on a beautiful lake and is really lovely. Carryout is friendly, efficient, and usually correct. Parking is minimal and at a premium. No handicapped parking.
My husband and I have eaten here many times. Our server Rochelle brought the hot and crisp bread and our strawberry mango coolers out right away. We ordered tomato basil and split pea soup and Hawaiian pizza. Even though we were not served the soup, we ended up taking it home so we can enjoy it later. The pizza was crispy and delicious. Service was slow. Server kept forgetting to bring our drinks, and didn't come by the table very often. I never got my water.Food was good, especially the buffalo cauliflower bites- delicious!However, I got the California Club pizza which was supposed to have basil and arugula on it, but came covered in soggy mayo-covered iceberg. Not great. (I took the picture after I already removed some.)
