We always come here but this time was a bit disappointed. First the Chicken Picatta although not bad not worth it for the childlike portion of the pasta. Second the pizza the California Veggie pizza did not have almost any Mozzarella and it was burnet. The funny part when we called the manager he said this is how the food should look and taste so we didn’t argue but took a picture

Love the food here, it's very consistent, and the service is usually fine or even great depending who you get. However, I came in with a friend on a Monday for lunch right around noon and even though it wasn't busy, no one came to greet us. I saw at least 2 employees look over at us and just ignore us. A few minutes later finally someone waved at us and gave us a gesture indicating he would be back soon. By then another person was also waiting behind us, and with so many dining options available in the area, I decided to leave. I would normally give 4 or 5 stars but had to go to 3 because of the bad experience this recent visit. I would be willing to update if service improves.

The girl at the entrance was 100% rude, and prices are ridiculous. Better watch this place MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER WAS STOLEN AT THIS PLACE!! BE CAREFUL ?

Service was slow. Server kept forgetting to bring our drinks, and didn't come by the table very often. I never got my water.Food was good, especially the buffalo cauliflower bites- delicious!However, I got the California Club pizza which was supposed to have basil and arugula on it, but came covered in soggy mayo-covered iceberg. Not great. (I took the picture after I already removed some.)

Consistently good food. Service is usually good, but very rushed. I feel like they never have enough servers on and management is always frantically running around putting out fires. Weirdly, this comes across in the overall experience.Fortunately, the Rio location is on a beautiful lake and is really lovely. Carryout is friendly, efficient, and usually correct. Parking is minimal and at a premium. No handicapped parking.

The menus were covered in sticky food residue; didn't seem like they had been wiped down. The "counter" near eye-level behind our corner booth seat was covered in dust-bunnies. The changing table in the bathroom was janky.The pizza was fine (crust too soggy) and overpriced given its size and quality.Waiter (Jimmy) was very good.
