I remember coming when they first opened. They gave the donuts fresh to you. It tasted absolutely amazing. However, lines and wait time became long after that. They now prepare them ahead of time so they're sitting out a while and don't taste the same. The icing would solidify and harden and the freshness of the donut is gone. I've only tried the mochi donuts here and they were delicious. However, I wasn't crazy about all the flavors. Definitely not your average donut!! I’ve tried mochi donuts before, but none like this. They are perfectly chewy but are not too soggy despite the toppings. I also ordered a drink and both came out very quickly! The customer service is also AMAZING. They are very kind and helpful. I even had the opportunity to talk to the kitchen manager which really shows how much they care about their customers.
