“Hidden Gem. Entirely separate and very extensive vegan menu. Very careful about cross contamination. I talked with the owner and she said she opened the restaurant with vegan options because her daughter had allergies that required her to eat vegan. Non-vegan options are phenomenal, I assume the vegan ones are too as my son wouldn't share his sandwich because he wanted it all for himself (he almost always shares).“

“I ordered five sandwiches and one large order of fries for takeout, but when I got home, I discovered that one of the sandwiches and fries were missing. I called the restaurant and, to my surprise, was told that I would need to come back whenever convenient to pick up the missing sandwich and fries.
Since the mistake was on their end, I asked if they could deliver the missing items, but they refused. After speaking with the manager, they finally offered a refund for the basic combo sandwich instead.
Mistakes can happen, and I understand that. What was disappointing was the lack of ownership and customer service in resolving a mistake they made. Do they really consider themselves to be in the service industry?“

“I don't go to Rio often but found myself having to go to a store there and decided to walk over to Mason's to try out their Lobster Rolls because I've been on a Lobster Roll kick this summer. The Lobster Roll here was pretty delicious and tasty. I ordered the Connecticut roll with a side of Cape Cod chips and a can of Coke. It didn't take too long and looked really nice. I'd def say it was one of the better Lobster Rolls I've had this year and I'd def come back if I found myself at Rio again. Service was good and quick and the place was clean.“

“I went to Crisp and Juicy on April 23rd, in the evening alone. I hadn't been to the restaurant in a long time, so I was a little indecisive on what I wanted. The young lady that was at the register was as sweet as could be, and I'm sorry I didn't get her name. I wanted to order a platter for 2, and asked what her recommendation was to feed 2 people. So, I ordered what she recommended, and asked for a lot of sauce. The order came up quick, and I thanked her. Bless her. She gave me so much sauce. I just wanted everyone to know how much this impacted my evening, because my oldest daughter Ayanna loved your restaurant! She was murdered in 2020. She was 18 years old. “Today I witnessed something truly beautiful. A young supervisor working on May 20th around 4 PM noticed a homeless child and simply asked him if he was hungry. There were no cameras, no attention seeking, and no attempt to gain recognition. It was just a pure and sincere act of kindness from the heart.

In a world where people often walk past those in need, seeing someone stop and show genuine compassion was powerful. Her level of service, professionalism, and humanity deserves to be recognized because moments like this cannot and should not go unnoticed.

I am not writing this to suggest this is a place that attracts homelessness, but rather to highlight the exceptional character and kindness displayed by this supervisor. She treated another human being with dignity, respect, and care, and that speaks volumes about who she is as a person.

The staff is very nice and asked customizations in detail, such as one or two scoops of rice, bread or no bread, dressing on the side or mixed, ingredients mixed or as it is, etc. The food is also very good, and you can tell the ingredients are locally sourced and fresh. “I love this Chick Fil A. I come here a lot with my husband and son. The food is always fresh and the people at the front end are always friendly. My son loves the play area. The only issue I’ve had is my 2 year old was thirsty and drinking water and the cleaning lady came inside the play area and told me I can’t have drinks in the play area. Kind of rubbed me wrong. It’s not like it’s easy to get a toddler out of the play area easily to get a drink. It’s different if we’re making a mess and throwing food everywhere. Just seemed a little passive aggressive to me.“
