I went to Crisp and Juicy on April 23rd, in the evening alone. I hadn't been to the restaurant in a long time, so I was a little indecisive on what I wanted. The young lady that was at the register was as sweet as could be, and I'm sorry I didn't get her name. I wanted to order a platter for 2, and asked what her recommendation was to feed 2 people. My family and I have been eating and ordering from here for over 10 years. Somehow, the service went down with new management, but this is definitely good value for dollars in the Peruvian Chicken restaurant business. Clean, environment, with booths as well as tables, done fast without being fast food, and plenty of options. Just wish they could step up the quality of service. Chicken is awesome, the skin is well seasoned. The yellow rice was good, didnt care for the potato salad tho, it was cut up cubed potatoes with vegetables. I like Amish style potatoe salad. Would go back for that chicken tho. Oh, they also sell beef hot dogs for the kids! Win! Win

Crisp & Juicy is a restaurant that serves delicious food with accommodating staff. The chicken and steak bowls are highly recommended. Their chicken wings have flavorful skin, and the chicken breast is cooked to perfection, with a golden outside and moist inside. The chicken is marinated to perfection, fresh, and very juicy, coming straight from the rotating oven. There is an abundance of food. A favorite dish is the 1/4 dark meat chicken with yuca fries and the addictive yellow house made sauce. The restaurant has a clean front of the house and an amazing loyalty program that rewards customers with freebies.
