“Don Pollo is hands down the best spot for Peruvian roasted chicken in DC! If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out. The chicken is perfectly roasted; juicy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Don’t even think about skipping the green sauce and the fries, they’re a must! “I frequently order from this Panera Bread location due to its convenience to my workplace. Today, I placed a delivery order, and while DoorDash picked up the food and marked it as delivered, I did not receive my order.

I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, Anthony. He explained that once the order is picked up by DoorDash, the store has limited control over the delivery process. Anthony kindly assisted by contacting DoorDash with me on the line; however, the call was disconnected. When I called back, he informed me that DoorDash offered either a refund or a redelivery. Since I was unable to confirm my preference due to the dropped call, he requested that another driver be sent.

Unfortunately, DoorDash did not follow through with sending a second driver. Anthony even took the initiative to follow up with me to check whether my order had been delivered. When it became clear that it had not, he went above and beyond by arranging for one of Panera Bread’s in-house delivery staff to personally deliver my order.

This Place is Near a lot of restaurants In the Downtown Silver Spring Square area . Not that far from McGinty's Public House and other places . The Only place where you can find parking when coming by car is at the Wayne Avenue Garage area . then You will have to walk some to get to this place in the square . Once you enter int this place It has a Huge Dining area compared to most other potbelly's I have seen . Then On the right hand side when coming In they have a huge counter area where they have a open concept Kitchen where all the magic happens to prepare your favorite subs that you all love. I Love the Ham and Cheese Subs The Pizza Subs and More . They v=even has a rack with Potato Chips of your choosing . at the far end of the counter near the open concept Kitchen they have refrigerators full of sodas and more for drinks or they have fountain drinks too In this place . But the sodas I Like most there are the IBC Root Beers I get there once In a while . The customer service is prompt and professional and I Love The family atmosphere there too . They have live Musical Entertainment every now and then But not certain which days to entertain people there . I Look forward to one day Having a Job there as a cashier since I signed an online application 2 weeks ago now . If they have me, I will Ride for The brand . “I visited the Breakfast Club on yesterday for our Sisters outing and it was very nice, the staff were accommodating and the food was really good. I had the Seaford Fried Rice it was flavorful and plentiful, Kudos to the Chef. I definitely will come again.“
