“Very nicely priced tasty dinners- half chicken with suitably prepared sides- plantains, rice and beans, vegetable rice. Spicy sauces also can kick up the flavor a notch. Pleasant courteous professional staff in a clean well lighted place. I will recommend to come here“

“I had an amazing experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken, and a big part of that was thanks to Terrill. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. He took the time to make sure my order was exactly right and even gave great recommendations.
What really stood out was his attitude—he was patient, upbeat, and clearly cares about giving customers a great experience. Even when it got busy, he stayed calm and kept everything moving smoothly without making anyone feel rushed.
It’s not every day you come across someone who goes above and beyond like that. Terrill definitely made my visit better, and because of him, I’ll be coming back for sure. Dave’s Hot Chicken is lucky to have him!“

“Great little place! First time here, so did not try their corn dogs. But, wow, probably the best chicken tenders I've ever had! Amazing soft, juicy, intensely flavorful. They had like 5 or 6 dipping sauces, and I got hot so my mouth is now completely on fire. Next time will likely choose medium.“

“My neighbor and I just stopped in 9-25-25 on our way home from work. I’ve tried all the chicken spots. This is the best I’ve had!!! The staff… super friendly. The beans and rice... amazing! That chicken was fresh and hot!

“During the Quarantine we ordered on the phone and picked up. Delicious whole chicken, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies. $20.00. All the rules of the pandemic were followed to the “T” . Found new place for take-out.“

“There’s no words to describe how good the food is. And there’s no words to describe how cool and nice the ppl working there are. And let me repeat, words fail to describe how GOOOD the food is. You can spend 70 dollars at Bethesda for a 32 dollar meal here that can fill you up for up to 3 days. Hands down the best silver spring secret.“

“This new, vibrant restaurant is a blessing to collesvile and WAY better than Sardi’s! If you like your food seasoned, fairly priced and generous portions- Fidels is for you! My family ordered half chicken ,shrimp tacos, shrimp saltado & their house made cuban drink. The food was cooked well, seasoned just right and I did t spend an arm and a leg for three meals.“

“Don Pollo is hands down the best spot for Peruvian roasted chicken in DC! If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out. The chicken is perfectly roasted; juicy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Don’t even think about skipping the green sauce and the fries, they’re a must! And if you’re feeling adventurous, the fajitas are amazing too. Highly recommend!“
