“Thank you for opening an outpost 10 minutes from my house. Service is always great and love the food. Today I had the Bacado Omelet which was great. Also took an order of the Lemon Blueberry Cornbread to go. It’s something for the table to share - or if you’re solo to eat over 3 or 4 days.

“We were a little hesitant because of how small the store front was but it ended up being absolutely delightful! We had the empanadas as an appetizer, they were delicious. The bread was such a great consistency, better than the best cornbread. I had the carne asada, and it was so fresh and delicious. All of the food was very authentic! I even tried a new drink, not alcoholic, it was like a tea that was cold but somewhat spicy. It was delicious !! We will definitely be going back for another round ;-) Service was very quick and polite as well.“

“One thing I love about mom and pop Korean places is that you often find them in the oddest, out-of-the-way locations. This is certainly true of Yett Gol, which is tucked away in the corner of a rather run down Glenmont strip mall.

Definitely not the kind of place you'd expect to find decent Korean grub. And yet, Yett Gol is exactly that. Quite decent. None of their dishes disappointed, the service was friendly and the atmosphere was cozy.“

“Cute neighborhood spot. Selection of drinks and oven fired pizza. The happy hour was vast with a cute list of specialty drinks. We came to catch up but I wasn't impressed with the menu. Definitely, a lot of vegan or trendy dishes but nothing popped out. She settled on the Beet Salad with Salmon and I a chicken sandwich with home fries. She liked her salad but I wasn't impressed with my selection. It was indeed a hearty portion but did have much flavor. The spicy Aoil is what gave it elevation. The fries were very oily and didn't have any salt. I only ate the bottom half with toppings and 1 fry. The Witches Brew was strong but needed to be microwaved. I wouldn't come back but I hear it's a neighborhood watering hole. Maybe the weekend brunch or pizza offering is better.“

It was extremely cold outside, and my car wouldn’t start because of the weather. They went out of their way to help me get my car started. So many anazing dishes it is hard to pick- really recommend the green curry tofu, the drunken noodles, the spicy eggplant, the pinapple thai fried rice, the list goes on! “This is my favorite restaurant to visit when I'm in the DC area! Not only is the food amazing, but the service is next level. You can tell by how authentic the food is that it's a run by people with great care and appreciation for Vietnamese food. There's something special about a family run restaurant, and this one is as good as it gets. I would recommend the Pho (duh!) and also the chicken wings which are sticky, sweet, and crispy!“
