“I’ve only ever ordered delivery from here, but every time I do they give me exactly what I need. Everything I order from here comes to me well packaged, pipping hot, and well seasoned. I’ve tried a variety of things off their menu and everything I’ve had is superb. I was most pleasantly surprised by the lo mein in my most recent order, I don’t typically order it as a side but it’s now my new favorite.

“the pizza here is pretty good. been maybe 6 times; will likely go again. the style is hand toss / wood fire. crust above par. a tough greasy, lite sauce, standard cheese, but love in the craft. better assortment of toppings than most. also whole kitchen & bar from adjoined Trattoria available.

look at a lot of these other reviews in context: complaints about 3rd pay delivery being cold, complaints about pandemic rules. that's 2/3 the negative. liking it or not, that's fair. service going sideways would be fair. personally i have not had a bad experience. this isn't a bad pizza joint and the 3.6 rating is ???“

“It’s a takeout restaurant with no seating. The ordering area is clean and well lit.
The customer service is really really good. They talk to you respectfully on the phone, which I really appreciate.
I ordered shrimp and broccoli as well as orange chicken and I really liked both. The shrimp are big and juicy and they give you a good portion. The broccoli is crisp and fresh, I actually ordered twice in a week. The fried rice is okay, I’ll ask for eggs and veggies in it next time.
They also have decent prices!!
I’m very picky when it comes to Chinese food, and they are yet to disappoint me.
I will definitely be back.

I can't remember her name at the moment but she deserves good remarks for our customer service. And making me keep patronizing the business, even after I was disappointed in receiving a bad meal.
