Well I ordered a beef roti and got a chicken roti. It still taste delicious but not what I wanted.

My Ministry hosted an office luncheon on Friday for 25 people, and we had Caribbean Palace to cater after hearing that the some of the original staff and cooks were back. They did not disappoint!
Our menu included curry chicken, curry potatoes, spinach, chickpeas, patties, roti, doubles, and pineapple ginger punch. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Our staff enjoyed everything.

I hadn’t been to Caribbean Palace in a while because I moved away, but now I’m back! It was nice seeing familiar faces from when I first started coming more than 25 years ago. My son wasn’t even born then and now he’s 15, ate every bite of his food, and begged us to return later this week.
