This is one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in the DMV. I have had the cold cut Bahn mi. Bread was fresh and soft. I like getting their crispy spring rolls and the summer rolls to start off as an app. Drink of choice, is a Thai iced tea, so good. I'm super late to the game but finally got to try Mi Lay Cay. We didn't try the pho but instead tried their rice dishes including the famed Maryland Chicken. I got the R4 (this was ok, meat was a little too sweet for my liking) and the che which was super good! The real stars here though are their banh mi!!! We ordered the beef meatball pho and pork chop with rice. Pho was not bad. It wasn't too strong on the msg but also wasn't too clear. Rice dish wasn't too salty and pretty balanced. Food quality was ok. Price was also ok for the portions that they gave us. Overall, not bad experience 4/5
