My partner and I had a good time here. I used to live in Pittsburgh and we had a ton of amazing Nepali restaurants. This restaurant was very different from what I was used to in Pittsburgh but was still very tasty. The rice desert that was a part of the thali was TO DIE FOR! Everything else was well spiced too. The server was nice and the ambiance was clean. I will be happy to come back or order take out.
We'd been wanting to come here since moving to area and finally got around to it last night. In a sea of Ethiopian places in Silver Spring, Ghar-E-Kebab also has a ew, btu we both were craving Indian food.Service was cordial, prompt and lovely, and we found the ambiance of people at the bar, a few other occupied tables and the random "scenic view of places around the world" footage on the TVs great. Mild Indian food - fit and easy to try for rookie food explore. Anyway, overall is still tastes good. The highlight is about service, very polite and professional. Price is a little bit more expensive than others because it makes from organic products. Location in downtown Silver Spring- no free parking spot near the restaurant - but there are a few meters parking around and garages are available.
