El personal que atiende es muy amable, atento y servicial pero el dueño actual es altanero y arrogante no solamente con el personal pero también con los clientes. Hoy tienen un evento pero el ego de ese individuo no le permite ser humilde y amable para informar a los clientes que solamente se pueden hacer pedidos para llevar. En vez de eso, mira a uno por encima del hombro y con desprecio. Pésimo trato que debe comunicarse. Solamente se espera eso de alguien que no sabe nada de nada.“

“I have been to this spot too many times and the food there is always good. To be fair I have only ordered one plate and never tasted anything else since i am a picky eater. Whenever I go there I order Carne Assada with white rice, pinto beans and fries and they never disappoint. The portions are large and I am usually able to eat it in two different meals or share with someone else for one meal.“

“I got the white meat special and it was an absolute steal. It's half chicken, two breasts, with two sides. I was looking for something balanced, high in protein, that would have good macros, and this was the best I could think of for this price in this area. For those that care about this stuff, it was probably close to 100 grams of protein from the chicken.“

“This new, vibrant restaurant is a blessing to collesvile and WAY better than Sardi’s! If you like your food seasoned, fairly priced and generous portions- Fidels is for you! My family ordered half chicken ,shrimp tacos, shrimp saltado & their house made cuban drink. The food was cooked well, seasoned just right and I did t spend an arm and a leg for three meals.“
