Peruvian Restaurants near Rockville, MD

“This is the second time I have eaten at this restaurant. The food is amazing. Beautifully presented, interesting food combinations and gracious staff. I highly recommend the establishment.“

“Excelente el arroz con pato!!! Me encanto!!“

“The food tastes good, but sometimes it's too salty, like yesterday the ceviche had so much salt you could see it at the bottom of the plate. The service surprises me more and more each time. A couple of weeks ago we went to eat, they seated us and took our order, and a few moments later a group of about 8 people arrived. The waitress told us she was going to move us to another table, she took our silverware and the complimentary corn nuts to the other table and seated the group at the table where we were sitting. I didn't think that was right. If they arrived after us, they should have waited for a table to become available, like in other restaurants. Yesterday, 12/19/25, we ordered 3 meals at 12 PM by phone. The waitress told me 25 minutes. I arrived 45 minutes later, giving them plenty of time, and even then the order wasn't ready. She made me wait another 10 minutes, while people who arrived to order after me received their orders faster. The food is delicious, the portions are large, and the decorations are nice, but they need to work on their customer service. LA COMIDA TIENE BUEN SABOR, AVECES SE PASAN DE SAL, COMO AYER EL CEVICHE TENIA TANTA SAL QUE SE VEIA EN EL FONDO DEL PLATO. EL SERVICIO ME SORPRENDE CADA VEZ MAS, HACE UN PAR DE SEMANAS FUIMOS A COMER, NOS SENTARON Y NOS TOMARON LA ORDEN, Y UNOS MOMENTOS DESSPUES LLEGO UN GRUPO DE UNAS 8 PERSONAS, LA MESERA NOS DIJO QUE NOS IBA A MOVER A OTRA MESA, SE LLEVO LOS CUBIERTOS, LA CANCHITA QUE DAN A LA OTRA MESA Y SENTÓ AL GRUPO EN LA MESA EN DONDE ESTABAMOS, ESO NO ME PARECIO BIEN. SI ELLOS LLEGARON DESPUES DE NOSOTROS DEBIERON ESPERAR A QUE UNA MESA SE DESOCUPÉ, COMO EN OTROS RESTAURANTES. AYER 12/19/25 PEDIMOS 3 MENUS A LAS 12PM POR TELÉFONO, LA MESERA ME DIJO 25 MINUTUS, YO LLEGUE 45 MINUTOS DESPUES, DANDOLES TIEMPO SUFICIENTE Y AUN ASI LA ORDEN NO ESTABA LISTA, ME HIZO ESPERAR UNOS 10 MINITOS MÁS, MIENTRAS TANTO GENTE QUE LLEGO A ORDENAR DESPUES QUE YO LE DABAN SU ORDEN MAS RÁPIDO. LA COMODA ES RICA, LAS PORCIONES SON GRANDES, LAS DECORACIONES BONITAS, PERO EL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE DA MUCHO QUE DESEAR.“

“It's nice to see that the place is still standing. After 6 years of traveling all over the world, I've never been to another restaurant that really water my mouth whenever I reminisce about Maryland.I grew up here, I worked at the nearby medical offices on Rockville Pike. Every lunch, id walk to this restaurant rain, shine, or sleet and order practically the same thing. A half chicken, Yucca, and Plantains. I knew the owner, he knew me as well. I told him my stories of my travels through the Peruvian Amazons, the dry highlands of Arequipa, and the coastal fishing villages in Paracas. It was truly one of my favorite experience. As for the food, it's not a five star restaurant, nor it has won any awards, or gain perfect ratings on Google Maps. It's a restaurant that you go to for lunch. It's hearty, warm, cozy meal that to me, it's perfect.I hope you give them a try and understand their flavors. Thanks for reading.“

“I went online....saw exactly what I wanted....ordered it...paid for it....picked it up and it was waiting for me exactly when the pick up time asked for..;.it was delicious and priced exactly how I expected for a tasty take out chicken dinner. Perfect.“

“I arrived close to closing time. the establishment was very clean and the staff extremely friendly. I took my order to go and received my order very quickly and very fresh. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this restaurant.“

“It’s absolutely delicious! As a Brazilian, this kind of food feels so familiar and comforting - it really tastes like home. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!😍“

“Crisp & Juicy delivers exactly what its name promises—perfectly cooked Peruvian-style rotisserie chicken that’s both mouthwateringly juicy on the inside and satisfyingly crisp on the outside. The chicken is marinated in traditional Peruvian spices, slow-roasted, and served with a smoky, addictive flavor that’s hard to replicate. Their signature green and yellow sauces take everything to the next level—whether you’re dipping the chicken, fries, or even just spooning it straight. It’s simple, flavorful, and consistently well-executed.

Beyond the chicken, the sides round out the experience: yuca fries that are golden and crunchy, flavorful rice, and plantains that add a touch of sweetness. The portions are generous, the service is quick, and the vibe is laid-back—perfect for takeout or a casual meal. Crisp & Juicy doesn’t try to be fancy—it just does one thing really well: comfort food with bold flavor. It’s the kind of place that turns first-timers into loyal regulars“

“This was my first experience at this restaurant and I can honestly say I will be a returning customer. Food was fresh and good. My hostesses Cesia, was on point, customer friendly, new the menu, checked in on me and my fiancee. She knew what she was talking about, so sweet. Thank you.“

“No matter what time of day, this is THE BEST Peruvian Chicken around!“

“We ordered for carry-out. The chicken was cooked very well. The flavors are amazing. I would like the skin a little more crispy. My son had the salmon and he enjoyed it. The greenbeens were cooked perfectly and the rice was a great mix of ingredients. Plaintains and yuca were good. We asked for only green sauce and instead got bbq. The potatoes taste box and I would suggest just not offering as it contrasts with all of the amazing fresh foods.“

“This place has the BEST Lomo Saltado PERIOD. 10/10“

“Hoy llegamos a disfrutar del almuerzo con ESAUD SUAREZ El príncipe de la cumbia peruana, quedamos encantados con la sazón de Margot Guevara, 100% recomendado. bien servido, delicioso se siente el ambiente acogedor.“

“la mejor comida peruana que haya degustado en especial el Pollo a la Brasa y el lomo saltado, se los recomiendo, estubo BUENAZO!!!!“

“Very nicely priced tasty dinners- half chicken with suitably prepared sides- plantains, rice and beans, vegetable rice. Spicy sauces also can kick up the flavor a notch. Pleasant courteous professional staff in a clean well lighted place. I will recommend to come here“

“I was actually shocked that when I looked and saw this place had a 4.2 stars. When we got here, we were happily surprised by cute patio setup where you can sit outside with umbrellas right on wisconsin avenue. The staff was extremely friendly. They showed us the specials for the day, which was a really good deal on a half white chicken, with two sides for fifteen dollars... I ordered plantains and cucumber salad and the cucumber salad was amazing.Very light, very refreshing and perfectly seasoned, and the french fries here are also very good. This is now my new chicken spot!“

“I went to Crisp and Juicy on April 23rd, in the evening alone. I hadn't been to the restaurant in a long time, so I was a little indecisive on what I wanted. The young lady that was at the register was as sweet as could be, and I'm sorry I didn't get her name. I wanted to order a platter for 2, and asked what her recommendation was to feed 2 people. So, I ordered what she recommended, and asked for a lot of sauce. The order came up quick, and I thanked her. Bless her. She gave me so much sauce. I just wanted everyone to know how much this impacted my evening, because my oldest daughter Ayanna loved your restaurant! She was murdered in 2020. She was 18 years old. This small act really touched my heart. Thank you! 🥰🥰🥰“

“(Translated by Google) It is a good restaurant serving South American food because almost all the meals are similar, the attention is very good(Original)Es un buen restaurante de comida sud americana pues casi todas las comidas son parecidas la atención muy buena“
