“The food tastes good, but sometimes it's too salty, like yesterday the ceviche had so much salt you could see it at the bottom of the plate. The service surprises me more and more each time. A couple of weeks ago we went to eat, they seated us and took our order, and a few moments later a group of about 8 people arrived. The waitress told us she was going to move us to another table, she took our silverware and the complimentary corn nuts to the other table and seated the group at the table where we were sitting. I didn't think that was right. If they arrived after us, they should have waited for a table to become available, like in other restaurants. Yesterday, 12/19/25, we ordered 3 meals at 12 PM by phone. The waitress told me 25 minutes. I arrived 45 minutes later, giving them plenty of time, and even then the order wasn't ready. She made me wait another 10 minutes, while people who arrived to order after me received their orders faster. The food is delicious, the portions are large, and the decorations are nice, but they need to work on their customer service. LA COMIDA TIENE BUEN SABOR, AVECES SE PASAN DE SAL, COMO AYER EL CEVICHE TENIA TANTA SAL QUE SE VEIA EN EL FONDO DEL PLATO. EL SERVICIO ME SORPRENDE CADA VEZ MAS, HACE UN PAR DE SEMANAS FUIMOS A COMER, NOS SENTARON Y NOS TOMARON LA ORDEN, Y UNOS MOMENTOS DESSPUES LLEGO UN GRUPO DE UNAS 8 PERSONAS, LA MESERA NOS DIJO QUE NOS IBA A MOVER A OTRA MESA, SE LLEVO LOS CUBIERTOS, LA CANCHITA QUE DAN A LA OTRA MESA Y SENTÓ AL GRUPO EN LA MESA EN DONDE ESTABAMOS, ESO NO ME PARECIO BIEN. SI ELLOS LLEGARON DESPUES DE NOSOTROS DEBIERON ESPERAR A QUE UNA MESA SE DESOCUPÉ, COMO EN OTROS RESTAURANTES. AYER 12/19/25 PEDIMOS 3 MENUS A LAS 12PM POR TELÉFONO, LA MESERA ME DIJO 25 MINUTUS, YO LLEGUE 45 MINUTOS DESPUES, DANDOLES TIEMPO SUFICIENTE Y AUN ASI LA ORDEN NO ESTABA LISTA, ME HIZO ESPERAR UNOS 10 MINITOS MÁS, MIENTRAS TANTO GENTE QUE LLEGO A ORDENAR DESPUES QUE YO LE DABAN SU ORDEN MAS RÁPIDO. LA COMODA ES RICA, LAS PORCIONES SON GRANDES, LAS DECORACIONES BONITAS, PERO EL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE DA MUCHO QUE DESEAR.“

“Carlos and Kevin took great care of us. The lavender blueberry margaritas and food were excellent! I went with the Lomo a lo Pobre which had tender steak, crispy and fluffy fries, sautéed veggies, fried egg and plantain. There wasn’t a grain of rice left when I was done.

“Best Peruvian chicken, everything else is just charbroil chicken. Nothing compares to the flavor. The only dislike I have is that the beans count as a side, and rice counts as another side. Rice and bean should be a single side, in my opinion. What do guys think? Other than that, it would've been a 5 star rating.“

I even had to splurge for a beef empanada appetizer and it was crispy on the outside with a very savory season filling that hit the right spot!

Service is fast and friendly, and even though they were busy, the staff kept things moving smoothly. I especially appreciated the variety of sauces—each one adds a unique kick to the meal.

El personal que atiende es muy amable, atento y servicial pero el dueño actual es altanero y arrogante no solamente con el personal pero también con los clientes. Hoy tienen un evento pero el ego de ese individuo no le permite ser humilde y amable para informar a los clientes que solamente se pueden hacer pedidos para llevar. En vez de eso, mira a uno por encima del hombro y con desprecio. Pésimo trato que debe comunicarse. Solamente se espera eso de alguien que no sabe nada de nada.“
