They’ve reopened!
Just in case people are heading to this location as of March 22 2026. It's temporarily closed. No date specified on when they'll re-open. College Park Location is being referred from this bulletin.
We love this Potbelly but were disappointed today to find they're still CLOSED. An auto accident damaged the interior and they want to repair it but didn't say when they'd reopen. Google lied, saying they were open now. March 21, 2026.

When open, the staff is described as wonderful. Specific employees are noted for their beautiful energy, with one being a strong woman who comes to work with an amazing attitude despite a recent tragedy, another being sweet and hardworking, and a manager who is a vibe and should be in charge. The service is top tier; staff immediately helped a customer who forgot to place a mobile order. The workers on the line are always satisfying, getting sandwiches ready accordingly. The quality of ingredients is very good, with fresh and crunchy lettuce and good tomatoes. The Apple Walnut salad is great, but the chicken salad sandwich is very light on the serving, with more bread than chicken salad, though the taste is great. The broccoli cheddar soup is a preference, with broccoli and carrots that melt in the mouth. The chicken pot pie soup has a pie crust that adds flavor and texture. Customers enjoy themselves every Tuesday at this location.
