We were very pleased to have chosen the Ottoman taverna. The food was phenomenal. The service was impeccable and I would recommend this to anybody looking for a dining experience in Washington, DC. “This place quickly became one of our family's go to eateries when they first opened. I've had a different meal each time we've gone here and every dish was delicious. We have gone probably ten times so far. Atmosphere is great and even better now after the remodel. The service is sometimes slow, but the staff are always friendly and helpful. The drinks are a little pricey too. I just paid ten bucks for a shot of Jack Daniel's on Friday. Most other places that would be between 6-8 bucks. Highly recommended Acapulco though.“

“I’ve been to peri peri several times, with large groups, solo and smaller parties. The food here is always fresh and fairly delicious. I’ve ordered their steaks, wraps, mock tails, burgers, fries and chicken sandwiches. You really can’t go wrong with the food here. One thing that they need to work on is the speed and sense of urgency when patrons have been waiting on orders. When it is packed just be prepared for items to come out slowly, for orders to arrive at staggering times or for orders to potentially be messed up. Orders have also been messed up consistently, with items missing or things not being served exactly as ordered or with accurate preferences. I came back the following day after receiving a messed up order last night. I called and spoke to the cashier and she recognized the mistake and said I could come back the following day. When I arrived, the man was insisting that my order was correct and I just didn’t like my burger. I know my order was incorrect because it was missing the specific sauce that I asked for on the burger. Please work on customer service and there needs to be quality control and for someone to double check orders for accuracy. I still love this place and will continue to support“

We really weren't going there because the food is top tier, we went because it has a great family atmosphere which ends up making the food taste. Little better. The service was superb for our party of 25 and I would definitely come back just for that. Even when we were leaving the manager (or who I thought) was the manager greeted us all goodbye and made sure our service was good during ordering. Just an added touch of care. However, where my disappointment lies with Fresh Green is the lack of quality check for items ordered. 4 out of 5 times my order does not have the roll that I ordered, and several times does not have eating utensils. I ordered salads for my husband and I this evening and there were no rolls, and only 1 prepackaged eating utensils. So is the other one supposed to use their fingers? Despite speaking with the owner about this problem previously (and she was very apologetic) has not shown any improvement with orders being filled correctly. I don't know that I would recommend unless you actually go inside the store and watch employees put your order together.“

You can make all the decisions online that you could make in person, everything g from adding extra pickles to removing the cheese. It's very detailed I like some apps. Food: I had a chicken club which comes with chicken, bacon, there is sauce (that I leave off), and flat bread. What I love the most about this sandwhich is the meat is real. A lot of chains use this over processed- slimy deli meat. So I appreciate the real chicken they placed in there sandwiches, it was hardy filling and delicious. My son had the mamas meatball sub. So much better than subway(ewww) and he always gets extra sauce(yummm). It's message but he says it's "Bussin"(that means delicious in young people talk). The service is always fast and friendly. Just like customers like it. And there is no shortage on the quality of food or service. The decors looked a bit vintage but the seat is very comfortable. There are some museum like pieces sitting around like an old stove for example. Very cool stuff. We are definitely coming back.“
