“Just all around AMAZING service. Took care of me, my girlfriend and little cousin. Gotta give him a chance because his English isn’t as clear as ours. But he means well, and trying to make sure your experience is just as bomb as ours. Brought the pizza out to make sure it was too our liking, reasonable prices on the menu, and just all around gentleman. If you’re in old Greenbelt or even Greenbelt in general, please come check this spot out. I love this area, and it’s places like DMV Pizza that will have me staying here for a long time. “We placed a catering order of lasagna, baked ziti, spring chicken w/rice, roasted chicken w/potatoes, chicken chesapeake and salads for our daughter’s wedding. “I had an amazing experience at Nash & Smashed! The food was absolutely delicious everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. I brought a group of friends with me, and every single one of them loved their meal. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in.

It’s rare to find a place that has both great food and such outstanding customer service. Nash & Smashed definitely exceeded our expectations. This is a must-try spot, and honestly, it deserves way more attention than it gets. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to others!“

“I love Chopt Salad, and I come to this location at least once a week. The ingredients are always so fresh. What I am disappointed in is the service after 3pm. I walk in at 545pm and only 2 people ahead of me, and 4 gentleman behind the counter. Grant it they are cleaning up, but ignoring customers, and leave one gentleman to pack salads, chop, and ring customers is unacceptable. Bad customer service will definitely have me going next door to roti.“

“I was there for the opening day and it was wonderful. The staff are so friendly and had huge smiles on their faces. The line moved quickly and the food was delicious and made exactly to order. The soup was still piping hot when I got back to the office. So happy they finally opened a location in Union Station.“

“This place was recommended and I am so glad we tried it. Healthy food. So many options. I ordered the Jerk Mango Salad. I didn’t change a thing and wouldn’t. Perfect kick without being too spicy. Mango salsa was the best I’ve had. We also ordered the BBQ bowl. I wouldn’t change a thing in it. Try the Red Rice. It’s really good. Staff was quick, explained the menu and ordering process and also offered a taste of you weren’t sure you’d like something. 10/10. I’ll be back again.“

“This is a great spot for a date night or even a place to unwind after work. I love the location—it brings a much-needed economic boost to the community, which is amazing to see.
The food was really good. I do have a few personal critiques I could mention, but overall it was enjoyable and worth the wait.
Speaking of the wait, definitely bring your patience. There seemed to be a disconnect between the servers, kitchen, and host stand. We had a 1:00 PM reservation for the buffet-style breakfast but weren’t seated until around 1:30–1:40, despite several open tables. When we finally got to the buffet, most of the food was gone and we had to wait for it to be replenished.
While the service issues could use improvement, I still recommend giving them a try.“

“My Family and I stopped here because we love Greek food and heard this was authentic Greek food. First thing I tried was the calamari appetizer, as we are from Louisiana and love our seafood. The calamari hands down was the best I have ever had. The texture, the flavor, everything about it was fantastic. You can get that kind of quality in a 5 Star restaurant. Next home made fry’s, absolutely delicious. Don’t left me forget the Spanakopita, first time hearing it and eating and also fell in love with it. I had the Big Fat Gyro lamb, as well as my son and wife. Again another fantastic dish. Full of flavor and the size of these are huge so you’re getting a great deal. My wife also order a platter of Souvlaki and a Gyro platter as well for us to try. Completely delicious. Hands down such a great place. I will definitely be coming back my next trip. “This was my first time going to this place. They only make one size pizza(small). The crust is fresh They even have cauliflower crust. They make the pizza in front of you and they have alot of toppings to choose from even Vegan options. After they place it in a wood fire oven and finish your pizza with any sauce you want. I got pesto on mines. Delicious. I will be back.“

“This past Thursday (4/25), I went to the restaurant to use my birthday rewards to purchase a meal. Unfortunately, the link to retrieve my reward was not working. However, the cashier was nice enough to notify the manager and the manager gave me a discount after I showed him my email with the rewards information. This showed that the cashier and manager went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer services. And the meal, as always, was great!!!!“

“It's not a typical standard pizza slice. It's unique wholesome delicate nutritious no guilt pizza, reinvented once again pizza experience. We know that the owners worked at Seylu bakery in DC. “The food is good, but I’m gonna have to remove stars because of the customer service. 😕 When I first entered, I wasn’t greeted. The associate just stared at me, as if to say “I don’t have all day. Are you gonna order anything?” She had the most stony expression… It was only my second time here, so I was quite sure I had not had any negative encounters with anyone. I was trying to get suggestions and ask questions about certain things, but every time I asked a question about something, the server just dumped it in the bowl. He never answered the question. When I got to the cashier, I apologized, because I wondered if I had done something wrong. But he just referred to me as “diva,” and tried to assure me that nothing was wrong. I told him I didn’t appreciate being called a diva. I just don’t like being treated like I’m a problem when I haven’t done anything. I gave two stars for service, because my first experience was so amazing! I don’t know what happened.“

“The Hercules Burger is really good“

“We visited at 6:30 on a Friday night at thr end of June and while the restaurant was busy, we only had to wait a few minutes to be seated as a table of four. Our server Brittny was friendly, attentive and checked in regularly. The one thing that was a little off was the timing of the food. The bread sticks came out, then the child's meal, then the salad, then the appetizer, then the main meals. The food was good. It's a chain restaurant so nothing was great, but it was all good. Overall a good experience.“

“Just under a month ago my husband and I had another shabby experience at the OG in Ritchie Station. I was starting to lose faith in one of my favorite Darden restaurants. We wanted to retry to have this experience again at another location which is about the same distance from our home which was in Bowie Town Centre.

Joanna, one of the staff members has always been the same, warm, patient person. If I come in late before it's about to close, it's super busy or anytime...she greets you with a smile and excitement to serve. As a DC native and ward 8 resident, knowing such a well run business is in my community is a gift.“

“I like their food, but they should make drinks mandatory with orders. Sometimes, for some reason, even if you select a drink, it doesn't appear on the order. And when you ask for it, they don't want to give it to you. And even when they have given it to me, they do it as if it were a courtesy. It's included in the price. If you explicitly say you don't want a drink, that's fine, but it's not always like that. And some employees should be more courteous in these situations.“

The fries were good, but it didnt seem like they tossed them in the seasoning, just dumped it on, so it was concentrated in some spots and lacking in others. The second time I came, it was after 10:30, and I was turned away at the door because they start checking IDs at that time. Apparently they won't give people Xs or stamp their hands, they just don't let you come in if you're under 21. Not appreciated, and I hope they consider adjusting that policy as a respectable establishment on the block.“

“I'm helping to run a large conference in a venue that won't allow outside food, so I needed somewhere where all the staff/volunteers could quickly run and grab dinner, sit and eat, then run back to the venue to keep working on the conference. Little Beet was one of VERY FEW places nearby that was actually able to accommodate everyone's dietary needs (lots of vegan, gluten free, etc) and have seating/tables. Everyone was extremely complimentary about the food quality and at least a couple people mentioned how thrilled we were that a low FODMAP bowl existed - that's a dietary need that a lot of restaurants won't/can't accommodate. They were extremely accommodating about allowing me to just email in a spreadsheet of food orders, had the food conveniently bagged up for us and labelled with names, and they helped us out at the absolute last minute when we needed to add Friday lunch on top of Saturday dinner. It was really nice to all sit together at the tables/benches outside. I would recommend Little Beet!“
