I love Chopt Salad, and I come to this location at least once a week. The ingredients are always so fresh. What I am disappointed in is the service after 3pm. I walk in at 545pm and only 2 people ahead of me, and 4 gentleman behind the counter. Grant it they are cleaning up, but ignoring customers, and leave one gentleman to pack salads, chop, and ring customers is unacceptable. Bad customer service will definitely have me going next door to roti.

The food portion was enough for two. I loved the taste of my salad. While preparing they will ask you about the type or amount of sauce or bread and you can add remove or modify the items just like you are at home! Isn’t it cool?
