Jennifer the manager was very rude , refused to remake my salad and ignored me while I was taking to her . Walked away and told me she was on break & continued to eat chipotle in the front of the business . Very unprofessional. Go home and get a new career if you’re that unhappy with your life. I wont be returning to this location!!

This place frequently closes before their listed schedule and the employees just stare you in the eye as you try to get past a locked door to get your mobile order.I couldn’t get my food tonight because they wouldn’t let me in at 8:45 to get my mobile order. They close at 9.

Edit: I knocked this down a star. The DM from the company mentioned the layers of management that would be looking into why their high quality standards weren't upheld. MONEY. IT'S MONEY. People don't come to work at a fast casual salad restaurant for the love of salad. They work there because it's easy or convenient or they couldn't find better work. Pay them more money and watch your quality standards get upheld every time because no one wants to lose a good paying job over a few apple slices. Like I said in my DM response: do better. Is this a joke? I ordered a Sweet Apple Orchard Salad. What I got was a bowl of 95% lettuce, 0% apples, a pinch of cheese and about half filled shot glass container of dressing. This came at the price of $13. I am also a sucker for paying $3 for a single chocolate chip cookie. Silly me. I thought I'd get a decent sized cookie. Nope. What really upsets me is that I was charged a $2.41 service fee for this on top of the tip I left and a delivery fee. Hey, Chopt. How about you pay your employees appropriately instead of making your customers cover the difference? Maybe if you paid them better they'd care enough not to leave the main ingredient out of the dish. I won't be back.

Well we'll this place here let's just say that management and the staff there are horrible I know that a police officer walked into the store and tried to use the restroom but the door was locked so he went to the counter to ask for the key and they told him he could use the bathroom because it was not working.the officer asked him is it not working or he just can't use it the guy then said it's only for paying customers. That's when the officer said I am going to order but I have to use the bathroom first. That's when the guy said ok I just had to make sure. He did that to a police officer somebody who he may need in the future because of the location in a high crime district. I just think it's sad that they treated a police officer that way a public servant. So I did not eat there either.

I come here once a week or at LEAST 4-5 times a month on average and they are always consistent. I might add that all of my orders are in person and the only time my order isn't perfect is when I send someone else to pick up or place my order so there's that. The customer service is always welcoming and the food is consistently fresh. I really can't tell the difference in the quality between this and other CHOPTs. The ONLYYYYYY thing I don't like about this location is that their water/drink fountain has been broke for MONTHS if not the last 2 years or at least for me. It's always either "out of order" or just not working. For that they get 4 stars.

I don't think I've ever been disappointed in a SALAD! My first time going and I got the Kale Caesar salad. No extras, I'm good on what it comes with. EXCEPT! I asked the lady if I could have "warm chicken", she said yes!! So when it was time to pay she said $13.50, I looked at the menu, and stated that the price says $8.99, she said "well you got roasted chicken". I'm like, huh, I asked for warm chicken. She just stared at me, Smh! Now, the salad had no taste!! This 'roasted chicken" that I paid for taste like bland chicken and the dressing didn't have a Caesar taste at all. Not to mention, for $13 y'all should have filled that container up!!!

Terrible customer service…some of the worst I’ve experienced in a very long time…we walked in the door and no one even acknowledged us even though it was empty…they didn’t even look up. My dad asked one of the employees where the bathroom was, and she very rudely said, “ask the cashier.” First of all, are you kidding me? Second of all, I know the cashier heard it…he didn’t say anything at all. Third…I just ended up looking for it myself…It was literally around the corner…like less than 10 ft. away…she couldn’t just say that. My dad chose to go next door to chipotle (who’s customer service was immensely better might I add…and they had customers). The rude employee was also wearing earbuds which was pretty unprofessional being at the front of a restaurant, in my opinion anyways. We left without trying the food (because of the poor customer service)…and I can promise we will NEVER go back.

Give it 4 stars because I love a place I can get decent, fresh, unprocessed, clean food. Some of the staff friendly, others were not rude but not really friendly either. But I can't complain.Vegetarian options: All sorts of salad ingredients allow you to pick and chose and keep vegetarian.

Ranch chicken Salad tastes amazing, BUT there was a bone in my chicken. I'm so glad my tooth didn't break because I but down pretty hard not realizing the bone was there. The store was crowded, but the service was good.

I ordered a kale Caesar salad with shrimp and chicken online. Went to pick it up on my lunch break, got back and they only put shrimp but charged me for both. I called to let them know, the girl who answered said they would refund me for the chicken Lol!!!! I said ok thanks… and still didn’t get refunded for it. I guess it was just to shut me up.
