Cava is my FAVORITE place to eat in this WHOLE DMV area! This location has its moments where 'certain' employees just don't want to be there. However!!! It doesn't outweigh the ones that do! The food just TASTES authentic. Kudos to company?? In MY opinion, beats out Chipotle and Mezeh!
Lentils undercooked/hard most of the time. Policy regarding not allowing use of online order food for customers in the store is not customer friendly. Don’t lie telling in store customers you are out of certain food items when the online area actually has the items and can be seen by in store customers. This past Thursday (4/25), I went to the restaurant to use my birthday rewards to purchase a meal. Unfortunately, the link to retrieve my reward was not working. However, the cashier was nice enough to notify the manager and the manager gave me a discount after I showed him my email with the rewards information. This showed that the cashier and manager went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer services. And the meal, as always, was great!!!!
