The soup and bread was pleasing. The pain can be busy but today was quiet.
Green goddess avocado toast was delish! The guy at the cash register was not helpful at all. He smiled and laughed a lot, so I guess he was friendly, but when asked questions he made it seem as if we should have known. Other staff jumped in with responses from behind the counter, but yeah, not the best.
I have qualms with the corporation itself but the staff are so kind. Great service!

Panera Bread is a restaurant where employees can be thoughtful and sweet, going the extra mile to resolve issues. The General Manager, Brian, ensures his team is adequately staffed, knowledgeable, well trained, and delivers excellent customer service. Despite delays in orders, the kitchen team is efficient and provides great customer service, making up for other shortcomings. Customers really enjoy the soups and sandwiches here, including the French onion soup, and appreciate the vegetarian and vegan options, which are affordable and reliable.
