I was at this Panera bread location today and basically I was treated unfairly. Because I was spoken to in a rude manner by two cashier associates, I filed a complaint with customer service. However the general manager also spoke to me in a rude tone as well. They clearly don't care about

My order was supposed to be done by 10:06 it’s now 10:27 and I’m still waiting. I’m still waiting on the bakery team to finish their part. The only reason I’m leaving 5 stars is because the kitchen team is so quick and efficient. There’s a gentleman and a woman working together to make all the kitchen orders while still maintaining a positive attitude and great customer service.
