Such wholesome employees. My food was delivered but they were missing an item. So they wrote me a little note on a bag with the refund, and gave me an extra bagel and cream cheese. That was thoughtful and sweet. Thank you for going the extra mile in situations that are not in your hands. Just beautiful, I smiled reading that note.

I was at this Panera bread location today and basically I was treated unfairly. Because I was spoken to in a rude manner by two cashier associates, I filed a complaint with customer service. However the general manager also spoke to me in a rude tone as well. They clearly don't care about

My order was supposed to be done by 10:06 it’s now 10:27 and I’m still waiting. I’m still waiting on the bakery team to finish their part. The only reason I’m leaving 5 stars is because the kitchen team is so quick and efficient. There’s a gentleman and a woman working together to make all the kitchen orders while still maintaining a positive attitude and great customer service.

For a slow night with multiple workers, it shouldn’t have taken as long as it did to make half a sandwich and a soup. Glad the workers get along so well but a little less chatting with customers around. I understand dinner rush, but it was dead. No excuse to just stand and wait for the timer to run
