All around great experience!! The ingredients are super fresh, there are plenty of combinations and plenty of salad dressing choices as well. The portions are huge (enough for two servings), and the service was top notch as well. The young lady who helped me was very friendly, professional, and got me in and out pretty quickly! I will definitely be back soon!
I’ve loved Chop’t for years. Their salads used to be amazing. Over the last few years, they’ve made changes to their menu that don’t work for me. They got rid of my favorite dressing, Tex-Mex Ranch, for example, and replaced it was something that seemed similar but was somehow nowhere near as good. This review is all for Ana the manager at this Chopt. Since the moment that we walked in she greeted us with a big smile and sincere voice. When we got to the line she was taking care of two customers ahead of us and she was efficient, friendly and happy helping people. My daughter customized her salad and did not know which dressing to get, and Ana let her taste some dressings in a to go little cup…Ana got busy and kept the good attitude and smile.
