“My apologies for the late review!!! I had a great experience at Checkers a couple weeks ago thanks to one of the employees who really went above and beyond. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything in my order was right. You can tell she actually cares about the customers, which made the visit a lot better.The food was also on point. The fries were fresh and tasted like they were cooked in clean oil — which makes a huge difference because sometimes they can taste old or mixed with other fryer items. Everything came out hot and fresh. Overall, excellent service and great food. Employees like her really make the experience stand out.“

“I had such a great experience here last night right before closing. Even that close to the end of the night (9:55pm), the staff was incredibly kind, patient, & welcoming. You would’ve thought they had just opened for the day. The prices are a little random/don’t always match the menu prices, so you’ll have to make your peace with that. Otherwise the food is great and the family who runs it is super sweet and adorable. “This location has been my neighborhood Shake Shack for the past few years, but I'm just getting to write a review due to the excellent service we received today. My family and I dined in for a quick lunch, and it was the first time I was attended to with such care and diligence at a Shake Shack location! I didn't get the young gentleman's name, but an employee came around 2-3 times to check in on us and clear our plates almost immediately after our meal. I later found out he went out of his way to help take my family's order with ease when they had to transfer it from the self-serve kiosk to the cashier. Food was what you would expect (my lettuce wrap was a bit soggy from sitting around, so maybe preparing that last would be helpful), overall great experience!“

The man bagging food noticed the no salt and immediately put in new fries. I got his attention when leaving and gave him a thumbs up. Great customer service. Great burgers, dogs and fries.“

“this Pizza Hut is my favorite Pizza Hut in the area. I ordered delivery last night and the pizza came so quick and so fresh. “When my husband and I went in there was no line. We got helped right away. We are Latinos and look like Latinos, so we got greeted in Spanish right away. The food tasted good, the chips are then and crispy as I like it. I wish they had better drink choices, especially on the healthier side. I don't drink soda at all, just juice or water and most restaurants don't have many juice options. One of the employees were cleaning while my husband and I ate, so everything was clean and tidy. So far, good experience. We got two entrees, bag of chips, and two drinks for $43.“

“Went to Five Guys last night to get burgers and fries for dinner. Been a long time since I have been there. The facility is clean and well staffed. People were friendly and efficient. They were busy but processed my order quickly. I ordered one little cheeseburger with catchup and one little cheeseburger all they way along with a small order of fries to share. Five Guys has gotten a bit pricey but so has everyone else. $22.33 was the final tally. The burgers were great, juicy, done right. The all the way burger was loaded up and a meal in itself. Great soft buns that hold up until you are finished completes the sandwich. A small fries is all you need for two to share. They fill the cup up then dump more in the bag. The only complaint I have is Five Guys Fries are never crispy. That is there style. They are very good but a bit on the greasy side. But we ate it all up anyways! Enjoyed the meal, a special treat.“

“I go here almost religiously for lunch everyday. The food, prepared with dedication and a smile. The service is very good. The people who work here, are amazing and actually care about clients and the service they provide, it's top tier service for fast food service. This one time they burned the bread and the service around them burning bread was impeccable, outstanding! They took the time to let me know what the bread situation was, let me look at the bread, feel the bread and decide if I wanted the use the burnt bread or if I wanted a wrap to substitute for something that was a mistake on their part. Above and beyond customer service. Every where there's customer service should be like this!

I ordered a #2 and they double checked with me about what was on it, and asked if there was anything I wanted to add to it. I waited maybe 5 minutes behind 3 people, and the whole sandwich and checkout process was maybe 3 minutes. The sub was tasty, and I left feeling really satisfied with the whole thing. There were no cameras, no attention seeking, and no attempt to gain recognition. It was just a pure and sincere act of kindness from the heart.

“I love this Chick Fil A. I come here a lot with my husband and son. The food is always fresh and the people at the front end are always friendly. My son loves the play area. The only issue I’ve had is my 2 year old was thirsty and drinking water and the cleaning lady came inside the play area and told me I can’t have drinks in the play area. Kind of rubbed me wrong. It’s not like it’s easy to get a toddler out of the play area easily to get a drink. It’s different if we’re making a mess and throwing food everywhere. Just seemed a little passive aggressive to me.“
