I know it would be easy to "just give food", but the group of people in this Roy's do it with a compassion and professionalism that is just perfect. Our site provided the Red Cross with fifty units of blood today and the Roy's is an integral part of that accomplishment. “This has nothing to do with their food or the inside. However I saw them do something a few minutes ago that I need to share for them. A lady was evicted and she sat outside all night with her stuff so nobody would take it. Today she got a uhaul and was hauling all her furniture alone. I didn’t see anybody she knows helping or just anybody in general helping. Until today I saw employees at five guys helping her load the truck. They went beyond their job title. It was just truly awesome of them to do this.“

“Haven't eaten Taco Bell in years, but today was the day I decided I wanted tacos.

Used the drive thru and the cashier was friendly and professional. Ordered a Party Pack (12 tacos) and a Large Sweet Tea. Pulled up to cashier, paid and received my drink. Cashier asked me to pull into the parking lot and wait. Not really an issue, but not sure why if no one was behind me, or never came after I received my order.

Meal was delicious! And they remembered to include all the sauces I ordered!

I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences at their place, but Bruce and his team have always handled them with professionalism and kindness. They’re always ready to assist customers, whether it’s taking an order, providing recommendations, or resolving any issues that may arise.

There’s also another supervisor, a young man with glasses, and a lady who are both incredibly polite and attentive to customers. They go above and beyond to ensure that every customer has a positive experience.

“Ordered delivery through the app plenty of times (they’re contracted with DoorDash). Food is always decent (decent, not great). This time I put the wrong address in… somehow added the Subway store address as the delivery address instead of my home. The dasher promptly contacted me and graciously remedied the issue. Grateful for their kindness and spirit of customer service. “
