“I was number 75 at the grand opening yesterday out of 100. Met the owner and his counterparts. Good people. He offered customers water in the long lines (free of charge). Took me 2 hours to get the sandwich, but it was worth it.

Overall a nice experience, I shall be back.“

“Samina, Akter and Jose are a great team. Whenever I enter this location they already remember my order and either start preparing it or confirming if the same order should be prepared. The atmosphere is great. Sometimes I notice customers have had a rough date but Samina and Akter keep calm. The speed of getting your order completed is appreciated and it is understood this cannot always be satisfied but your attention to the customer is always, always appreciated.“

“After a long day being on the go as Wife, Mother, and Professional, Poyoteca was an stress-free way to end the day. Everyone’s pallet was satisfied with options for Peruvian rotisserie chicken, veggies and starches.

I’m confused with the macaroni and cheese or mashed potatoes. There’s rice and beans, fries and yuca too! We like Brussels sprouts though the children prefer string beans.

I’m doing my best to promote my health. The cilantro lime dressing was flavorful and helped me enjoy a full serving of salad.

I appreciate that there are no codes on the bathrooms. They were tidy and fresh with a place to put my belongings while I handled my business.

Seating is separate from ordering. There’s a TV should you choose to dine in (I took a load of and charged my phone).

Finally, the employees were very personable and efficient which is the hallmark of any restaurant. Two thumbs up for Fallsgrove Poyoteca.

Vegetarian options: There were three green options and six starch options, perfect for a comfort meal.“

“I'm so impressed with these chicken sandwiches. I've seen this place since last year and never tried it. I'm not a huge fan of fried chicken sandwiches normally. I decided to try something new last week and couldn't believe how good this sandwich is. It's so well seasoned. The cabbage really compliments it. I didn't realize they had put sauces in the bag until I was done eating. I tasted them and thought they were very tasty. I returned today to have the same sandwich and used the sauce. It was just as good as last week. The staff is professional and the wait time it not long. I've encouraged my coworkers to go. I tend not to write reviews unless really bad or good. Thankfully this was really good.“

“Stayed at a local hotel and ordered from Door Dash. SECRET SPICY CHICKEN was great. Pretty much like General Tso's Chinese but a tad spicier. Large pieces of good quality chicken, even the medium order was too much for me. Pair it with steamed white rice, put the rice in the sauce. Very good.“
