“I recently ordered food online for my family, and everything was perfectly packed. What truly made my experience stand out was KFC's approach to sauces. Unlike other places that charge, KFC doesn't charge for sauces for your chicken, which is a huge plus when you've got a big order!

The customer service was also fantastic. As I was leaving, a friendly KFC team member, who was just walking in, went out of his way to hold the door for me and even apologized as he did so. This level of thoughtfulness and customer care is truly impressive.

Between the excellent customer service and the fact that they don't nickel and dime you for sauces like Popeyes does, I'm definitely going to choose KFC much more often from now on. Highly recommend!“

“Stayed at a local hotel and ordered from Door Dash. SECRET SPICY CHICKEN was great. Pretty much like General Tso's Chinese but a tad spicier. Large pieces of good quality chicken, even the medium order was too much for me. Pair it with steamed white rice, put the rice in the sauce. Very good.“

“Very generous serving size and good quality food- we ordered a gyro and bang bang chicken with plantains and green beans. We ordered the little dolce le leche cookies and yucca fries on the side- omg, everything was so tasty and filling! We grabbed it for the ride back to southern VA and it did not disappoint!“

“It was so good and loved the spice blend. The portion was huge and took a minute to devour the sando. With the spice and the sweetness of the cabbage was perfection. The fried okra with the dip was good.
The gentleman at the cash register was cute, my eyes also got a treat.“

“I stopped in to try another place that hadn't been reported as closed and saw this place. The lady running it was super nice and suggested options for me and my kids. The chicken was crispy and so good. I really enjoyed it and while I was in there on a whim, im looking forward to going back and trying a different flavor (I had the cheesling one this time)“

“I had such a great experience here last night right before closing. Even that close to the end of the night (9:55pm), the staff was incredibly kind, patient, & welcoming. You would’ve thought they had just opened for the day. The Manager Alexis was so professional & friendly, & Santiago’s heart of kindness & servitude, especially being in his first week, did an amazing job!!! “First off i wanna say I've been coming to this store since the day it open and I must say that the food is great.The atmosphere when you walk in is so welcoming.but this review is particularly for one individual who mostly works at night He deserves every bit of recognition he can get.every time I come in he greets me by name he's always smiling and he makes sure everyone is taking care of.i always hear him telling his team she's a regular and to make sure they get my order right.and if they are busy he communicates that very well with the guest in the lobby.sometimes I can hear him in the back instructing his other team members of things he needs to complete an order or things like which order to work on first.i can go for days about this guy.he's really good at what he does.i highly recommended.“

“Amazing! I went here this morning, 3/28 around 10am, and the staff was amazzinggg extremely friendly went completely above and beyond. Every last person there was great. They offered to refill my coffee, cleaned our table, took the extra time no other place does to help us with our complicated order. You can’t find customer service like this anymore. A gem 💎“
