I can’t bring myself to try code blue, however, a coworker of mine did and said it was not an enjoyable experience but it was worth trying if your for a challenge,lol! Highly recommend!“

“This was by far the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. First, when we walked through the door, the man at the counter was so friendly and helpful when it came to asking questions about the menu. We came to find out he was actually the owner. We sat down waiting on our food, and it was hot, fresh, and made to order. The flavor was outstanding! If you get a chance to stop by this spot, you will not be disappointed.“

“Brought a party of 4 to Bonchon for the Tuesday $1 wing special and, as always, the wings were absolutely delicious. We ordered a large amount of wings along with cucumber salad, rice, and coleslaw. Unfortunately, the coleslaw never got brought out.

The food itself was great and the Tuesday wing special is honestly one of the best deals around. That said, the customer service could definitely improve. When our server brought out our 4 drinks, she placed them all on the opposite end of the table from where we were sitting, which came across as oddly passive aggressive and inconvenient. Also, throughout the meal, the server never once checked in to ask how the food was or whether we needed anything else — something that’s pretty standard at most restaurants, especially considering we eat here regularly.

Overall, the food quality and value keep us coming back, but the staff could really benefit from additional customer service training and better food service best practices.“

“A great place to bring the kids, because they have a play area (that is clean). The staff is always friendly and goes the extra mile offering to get drink refills or throw out your trash when you are done eating. The gold standard for fast food dining experiences. The owner/operator is a servant leader and strives to instill this in his employees, leading by example! Tried the diet sunjoy today with a side salad. Good stuff!“

She handled my last-minute add-ons like a total pro—two large waters and some extra pickles (because you can never have too many pickles). Even with the change-up, Yanci was all smiles, super polite, and just plain delightful. Friendly, fast, and professional with a great attitude—and let’s be honest, that’s rare these days. I was just at your Sugarland Crossing location this morning in Sterling, Virginia, and I picked up a curbside mobile order and upon arriving home, I realized it was missing one part of my order. So I went back and was offered not the exact item that I had ordered for breakfast, but it was a similar item. Your manager offered a cookie or some thing along with that to offer his apologies and really all I wanted was the spicy fillet that I had ordered but he was more than apologetic and was extremely helpful. These are the things that keep me coming back to Chick-fil-A time and time again“

“Stopped in at Wayback Burgers around 7:00 p.m. on a Monday and there was no wait at all, which was a great start. I ordered the Classic Burger, and the staff recommended adding their sauce — definitely the right call. The burger was well‑made, flavorful, and hit exactly the spot I was hoping for.

“We always get drive thru because my husgband has Parkinsons, and we can't eat in easily, so I can't speak to atmosphere. The young people taking our order at the curb are very nice, and it's one-touch paying, which is great. The food (he likes the reguar chicken sandwich cmbo with leminade), which is usually just for him, is ready right away, and hand-delivered to you. I occasionally get a milk shake (strawberry is my favorite), but today I did try the breakfast chicken and waffle sandwich. So good! I will get it again. IN fact, I should have gotten a milkshake AND the chicken and waffle sandwich. One last thing, can you please, please bring back the chicken salad sandich? I loved that.“
