“Always great food no matter when we go! And service is usually on point. After the first year of hype, we've never had a problem doing a walk-in and being seated without waiting more than five-ish minutes. However, I'd still recommend doing a reservation because you can pick your dining experience that way since Ellie Bird certainly has 4 zones of vibe. There is the bar, which has the most attentive service and I actually prefer it on weeknights, but it bumps into the waiting area and they don't really separate the two, so we've had weekend patrons reach between us while dining to order drinks while they wait for a table. The front dining room is buzzy, on theme, and what you probably are expecting if you haven't been here yet, but frequently need a reservation to get seated here. The kitchen counter seating is an interesting experience if you've never done something like that, but each time we've been there, the service has not been as attentative as the other zones. Finally there is the back dining room, which is where you are likely to get seated as a walk-in, especially on a relatively busy night. Don't fret, the food and service are just as good as the front room, but the ambiance is totally different. It feels like a lower tier restaurant back there.“

Consistent in quality, speedy, and incredibly friendly staff. The portions are generous and we have yet to find a place that tops this location. “We have been here every week for over 2 years now. The food are consistently prepared with care and quality in every details. Dishes we adore are Canh Bún, Rice with Fried Chicken, Cơm Tấm Đâc Biệt. The other dishes are all very good too. You should give a try . The place may look not crowdef at all at times but it is no way indicative of the food quality!“

The chicken was incredibly juicy, and packed with flavor, but it was the legendary green and yellow sauces that completely stole the show. It was delivered exactly on time and was incredibly easy to set up, making it the perfect stress-free, crowd-pleasing upgrade from the usual boring corporate sandwich platters.“

“I've heard great things about the chicken and Cane's sauce so I had to try it to see how it compared to a similar chicken place. Hands down Raising Cane's is the best. That sauce really lives up to the hype. The chicken strips are tender and tasty. I will be returning.“

“Been eating at this chain my whole life and they’re still the only Chinese food restaurants I like. They use soy sauce rather than brown sauce which makes the biggest difference. Plus their prices and portion size can’t be beat. They closed 2 locations because of Covid but this one is still here and I drive out of my way to eat here. I hope this location and the rest never close.“

While I was waiting an older lady was very helpful and kind asking if I needed any other items to go with my order and even offered to help me carry a bag to the car.
