“Although my order was originally messed up and I was missing two items, when I called in to complain I was met with kindness and great customer service. The manager was so sweet and remade not only the two items I was missing, but the whole entire order for free (mind you it was a large order consisting of food for my whole entire family)… I told them they didn’t have to do all that but they insisted as it was “the least” they could do. He was amazing and him and his team solved the issue with grace.“

“I had a really great experience here the other day when I went for lunch and had their buffet. The food was really good. I had pizza as well as a salad and it was delicious. The place was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly. I am definitely going back“

“This deserves five stars the kind ladies working at the counter gave me and my son two free cookies which would usually cost around four dollars. There were so nice. My son got the boss. He said I loved it. Can we go hear more and I said yeah totally worth going here“

“I needed a quick lunch for the kids and myself, between Saturday activities, so we decided to try Subway in the Franklin Farm shopping center. Excellent choice as it turns out. The staff is very friendly and patient, the place is very clean and bright and the food was fresh and tasty. We tried a few new menu items, like the seasoned steak and avocado sandwich, and we are very pleased. It's a nice place to go and grab lunch for a reasonable price.“

His professionalism and kindness really stood out. The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious, and Alex made sure I left happy. Excellent customer service and tasty food — I’ll definitely be coming back!“
