About Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Herndon offers well-wrapped burritos and good protein scoops, making it a popular spot. The location is known for clean facilities, kind service, and a pleasant atmosphere both inside and outside. Customers can enjoy their meal on the patio with a view of a beautiful fountain. A favorite menu item is the chicken soft tacos with fajitas instead of rice, paired with chips and green salsa. Conveniently located at the corner of Rt. 286 and Franklin Farm Rd, with a medium-sized parking lot available.

The staff is great, and the portions are more generous compared to other Chipotle locations. The dining area is spacious, and the food is exceptionally delicious. The steak is cooked perfectly, not overdone like at other Chipotle restaurants. The team members are very pleasant, and the place is worth the extra drive. Chipotle offers both carnivore and vegetarian options, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible with no stairs.

However, occasionally, there may be issues with order accuracy, as one customer experienced. The ambiance is generally nice, but it's important for the staff to listen carefully to customer requests.
