The lady making my burrito was way too busy laughing and chatting with her coworkers to even follow simple directions. I watched my burrito turn into a disaster while she talked and laughed over my food, letting everything spill out. Her coworkers were joking around, telling her to just finish rolling the half-done burrito, but she thought finishing her chat was way more important. This chipotle seems to be run by kids il be going to any chipotle but Franklin farms.

I have been a long time customer of this Chipotle location. I used to tell everyone this was the best Chipotle around this area, and was willing to drive the extra distance to order there despite having another Chipotle location closer to my home. Well I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent online orders. Very tiny portions and they forgot to put guacamole despite charging a $2.90 extra for it. If you are not going to add it, don't put it on your menu! Tried to call back to complain, but the automated voice system was too hard to get through to a human.This is how you lose a loyal customer and join the list of all other so-so locations.

Tired of these Chipotle's failing their basic job. Come in and there's no lettuce and no tomatoes. Very little black beans and had to wait 5 minutes for cheese. We told them to put a sign up letting people know they were out of a bunch of things and it still wasn't up when we left. On top of it all the place was dirty. Tables were disgusting and there was food under several of the tables. This is another chipotle I won't come back to.

i grew up going here like biking here when i was a kid, going after school after conditioning in high school when i was tryna bulk, and even when i was back in the area visiting from my college days. when i find myself back in herndon i will stop by here and it’s still good food. people are trained well and have a good vibe.

EVERY time I order mobile pick up, my food is never right. The latest (today) was the kids quesadillas had hardly any cheese, a bowl and burrito missing the meat and my guac was brown. Don’t order online if you can help it just go in and order so you can make sure your stuff is right.
