I only get mild, it sometimes the mild is too spicy. Then I’ll ask for “no heat” and it will be completely unseasoned….

I was in your store in Bixby, OK tonight. I was charged over $50 for three cold meals and one we never received. It took nearly 45 minutes to receive the cold food. Two of the cold meals weren’t edible. We never received the fourth meal. I demanded a refund, but upon review of the receipt, I was only refunded $14.53. What kind of operation are you running? Ridiculous. I want a full refund. With whom do I speak to get a full refund?

It offers a blend of typical Nashville hot chicken with a fusion of Korean flair, flavors, and frying. The staff is really friendly. Great chicken, fries, milkshakes are available, and everything tried is great. Very large portions ensure customers get their money's worth. The mild has a nice amount of tame heat for a little kick, but the medium is pretty hot and the hot is hot. Many customers become fans and order the mild & medium spiced wings, never disappointed. The food comes out quicker than expected, with fries super crispy and amazing sauce options. The chicken is legit perfect with no disgusting gristle or weirdness. The best thing is the slaw, absolutely perfect. The spice level means mild is relatively spicy, so be aware that mild or below is a safe bet.
