Jersey Mike's Subs is a restaurant known for its fresh and delicious subs. The portobello steak and chicken subs are particularly praised for their quality ingredients and tasty bread. The staff are commended for their exceptional customer service, from greeting customers upon entry to ensuring a short wait time. The cleanliness and efficient management of the restaurant also receive positive feedback. The "turkey provolone Mike's way" sandwich with extra onions is a popular choice among customers. However, it is recommended to enjoy the subs in-house rather than taking them to go, as they may become soggy. Customers have praised the improved online ordering system, which allows for easy pickup or delivery through the restaurant's preferred partner, DoorDash. Overall, Jersey Mike's Subs is highly recommended for its great food and service.
