We encountered an unexpected problem - we couldn't get a hot latte. It was a little warm. We asked for a remake (2 servings), which took about 15 minutes (!!!) (there wasn't a big line in the hall). My coffee was heated (not remade), my husband was remade. After 20 minutes, suddenly they brought me a new coffee. In addition, there was no working sanitizer in the whole cafe. It's not supposed to be like this.Although it should be noted that in general the cafe was clean.
You know for as many McDonald's I've been to, I've never been to one that has fresh fries all the time. Luckily this one DOES! Only complaint is there might be some loitering going on at this location from time to time.
