I ordered a birthday cake and smash cake from them. They were extremely communicative and I appreciated them working with me on design and budget. For that, I'd rate them 5 stars. However, when I picked up the cakes we noticed there was a small hairline crack in the crown but I figured it would be okay. We stored the cakes in a commercial fridge before it was time to sing happy birthday. When they took the cakes out, the crown was crumbling it's just a cake so I dismissed it....read full review
