“My work splurged on us a lunch for us consisting of the Rasa Tantori Tasting Bundle. This meal is advertised as feeding 10 people, I think they are underselling just how much food you get. Were 10 extremely hungry people and then we were 10 very satisfied and perhaps overly full people a few minutes later, with food to spare! Nothing was particularly spicy, there was a little heat on one of the dishes, but nothing crazy. The variety of food is well balanced. Chicken, tofu, saffron rice, Greens, salads, chickpeas and curry with 2 chutneys, even dessert cookies! I recommend this meal if you are looking for an easy way to order a variety of food in one go that can feed 10 hungry, or 14 less hungry people. Especially if any of them are cautious about trying Indian. It was delicious well made. Not to mention conveniently delivered.“

“I ordered a cake on Thursday at 1 pm to be picked up 4:30 pm on Friday for a birthday party. The man who picked up the phone was so accommodating and made sure that the customized message had the correct spelling of my name. When the cake was picked up, the lady was extremely lovely and kind. 10/10 would recommend and will be buying another birthday cake (very soon) from this bakery. I have also visited this bakery before to buy a n emergency cake and they have lots in the display case available. Perfect, delicious cakes. The one I got (raspberry chocolate mouse) was semi sweet and light, good for adults.“

“We know about this restaurant for many years but never went there because I usually don’t eat only vegetables, however seeing that the restaurant still operates after so many years I think it must be ok. We went on a Saturday evening for the first time and was surprised to see many people there, the service was quick and the food was very good. I recommend it.“

“It's nice to see that the place is still standing. After 6 years of traveling all over the world, I've never been to another restaurant that really water my mouth whenever I reminisce about Maryland.I grew up here, I worked at the nearby medical offices on Rockville Pike. Every lunch, id walk to this restaurant rain, shine, or sleet and order practically the same thing. A half chicken, Yucca, and Plantains. I knew the owner, he knew me as well. I told him my stories of my travels through the Peruvian Amazons, the dry highlands of Arequipa, and the coastal fishing villages in Paracas. It was truly one of my favorite experience.As for the food, it's not a five star restaurant, nor it has won any awards, or gain perfect ratings on Google Maps. It's a restaurant that you go to for lunch. It's hearty, warm, cozy meal that to me, it's perfect.I hope you give them a try and understand their flavors.Thanks for reading.“
