You can refill your coffee as many times as you want! Warm atmosphere! I will come back again! Actually this is my second visit since yesterday! Love this one in Rockville!“

My parents never really let me eat out before growing up and IHOP was a restaurant that I had always wanted to try! I went a couple days ago with a group of friends and our server Tigi truly accommodated to my needs as I am gluten sensitive and helped me navigate through the options available to me.“

“Fantastic breakfast sandwiches in the area. Bagels are soft and seasoned well. You get a generous portion of bacon/sausage, egg and cheese. It's definitely worth the money. They have a lot of seating available if you eat there and there staff is very nice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!“
