Best boba place in Maryland
I used to take my kids to this place whenever I visited mom in rockville. Freshly made crepes with whipped cream on top, courteous female staff always greeted us with a warm smile. We would order crepes and my favorite: 椰汁芋圆- freshly made ube or other naturally flavored sticky rice ball, bathed in coconut milk.
